Part 6: All Dinking Aside

Since 2015 (8+ years), I have been stalked by an individual and her associates.

Now they have followed me to where I play pickleball and engaged several people to stalk and harass me. On the court, this situation plays out in several ways,

• They spread rumors about me to other players. The stories are listed below.

• I’m frozen out while playing.

• Some people hit me purposely with the ball. This has happened a lot to where it’s obvious.

The worst part is the stalker’s associates at the parks and on the courts create an unsafe environment. It’s threatening. It’s an attack on my security and privacy.

The behavior is also criminal. Stalking is a crime. Aggravated stalking is a felony.

And in Florida, slander is a crime.

Rumors

Below are the stories being used. I’m not sure if this is all of them, but these are the ones I know. If you know others, let me know. Call 305-490-8831. None of these stories are true.

• Pickleball: I play pickleball to pick up men.

• I troll for men in my building. I hunt men in the parking lot. I stalk men. I go after married men. 

• I stalk this individual and their spouse. I’m out to break them up.

• I’m a celebrity monger. I hound or stalk celebrities/athletes.

• I’ve done harmful things or talked bad about specific neighbors. 

• I’m [just fill in the blank]. Think of something damning, and I’m sure I’ve been accused of it. 

• We know the stories told often depend on the person being approached. It will be something that resonates with them.

The Bigger Picture

Off the pickleball courts, the stalker and their associates have done the following and continue to. In the past year, the stalking has doubled. Here’s what they have done and continue to do:

• Hacked my computers;

• Tracked my phone and location;

• Followed me around everywhere. They continue to do so when my phone pings my location.

• Hacked into my security systems installed after they broke into my apartment – three times, installing surveillance equipment;

• Befriended people who live in my building and on my floor; They have engaged neighbors to help them stalk and harass.

• Contacted family, friends and colleagues, spreading rumors and such.

Using ConnectionsSo how have the stalker and their associates managed to tap so many people to help? Through contacts and leveraging connections. This individual uses a network of friends, colleagues, and acquaintances to follow. They use word of mouth or text messages via WhatsApp or other platforms.

The Role People Are Actually Playing

By convincing individuals that I’m a bad person or the one stalking and allegedly doing bad things to any number of people, this person doesn’t need to follow, hack, harass and threaten.

These individuals are doing the stalking for them. They, in essence, become the stalkers.

To the People Who Participate

I think, but I am not sure, that one of the stories might be that I'm jealous of the stalker. Someone could be younger, richer, or smarter than me. I don't care. In fact, lots of people are smarter, better-looking, younger, more successful, and thinner than I am.

I’m happy with who I am, but I’m not happy being stalked and harassed. I won’t let this continue. Would you?

Since the stalker relies on you to do their bidding, you've become liable. You are committing the crimes. So when the time comes, they won’t go to court. They won’t face a judge. You will.
